Corrections are made in place and recorded in the revision log with the date and what changed. A correction is never made silently, and a page that has been corrected keeps the record.
The log below is not decorative. Sitemap lastmod and the Atom feed both read from it, which is why nothing here is derived from a file timestamp or a build clock — a rebuild that changed no content advertises no change.
