What these territories are
Four metropolitan areas are covered by separate regional properties rather than by pages on Land Clearing Authority. Each keeps its own name and operates independently. A territory relationship would be with one of those properties, in one service category, inside one defined boundary.
Every status below is generated from the same record, so a page cannot say something the registry does not. Where a fact has not been established it says so — and it says unknown rather than none, because those are different things and only one of them is evidence.

What a status here does and does not mean
- A status describes what has been established about the property. It is not a forecast, a valuation, or a statement about demand.
