Who is accountable
Published by the Land Clearing Authority editorial team. An organisational owner rather than an invented named expert — a fabricated byline with fabricated credentials is precisely the trust signal this platform refuses to manufacture. Named contributors appear only when a real, identifiable person has reviewed a page.
Every published page is re-read against its sources at least annually, and immediately whenever a cited authority changes a program or a document moves.
What every substantive page must do
- Resolve a specific decision, and say who it is for
- State what changes the answer
- Distinguish the contractor categories involved
- Explain what drives the cost, without inventing a figure
- List the mistakes it exists to prevent
- Give questions to ask and concrete next steps
- Link onward along the actual decision path, with a stated reason for each link
That structure is enforced by a type and a validator. A page that cannot fill those fields throws at build time rather than shipping thin.

Why these specifically
They fall into four groups. Regulatory determinations about a specific property, which require someone who has seen it and has the standing to decide. Contractor status this platform cannot verify. Outcome guarantees nobody can honestly give. And fabricated trust signals — testimonials, star ratings, network counts, response-time promises — which are the cheapest thing to invent and the most corrosive to publish.
Corrections
Corrections are made in place and recorded in the revision log with the date and what changed. A correction is never made silently, and a page that has been corrected keeps the record.
